奖励积分条款及细则

本奖励积分条款及细则（以下简称「本条款」）适用于 时生堂有限公司（SKEL Innovation Limited）（以下简称「本公司」、「我们」）于 nmn-sst.com 所提供之会员奖励积分计划（以下简称「奖励积分」）。

凡会员注册帐户、获取、使用或以任何方式参与本奖励积分计划，即表示已阅读、理解并同意受本条款约束。

一、奖励积分之性质

  1. 奖励积分属本公司提供之会员回馈及推广优惠，并不构成任何形式的法定货币、电子货币、储值金或财产权利。

  2. 奖励积分不可兑换现金、不可转让、不可出售、不可赠与第三者，亦不得作任何形式之现金退款。
  3. 本公司保留随时调整、暂停或终止奖励积分计划之权利，而毋须事先通知。

二、获取奖励积分的方式及数值

（一）首次购买奖励积分

  1. 会员于首次成功完成订单，且订单货品金额不少于 HK$100，可获得 500 奖励积分（一次性）。
  2. 每名会员只可获得一次首次购买奖励。
  3. 奖励积分只会于订单状态达到「完成（Completed）」后发放。

（二）购物奖励积分（赚取、使用及有效期）

  1. 赚取奖励积分
  1. 会员购买适用产品后，将按订单货品金额赚取奖励积分。
  2. 目前系统设定为：每消费 HK$1 = 1 奖励积分。
  3. 奖励积分仅按实际货品金额计算，不包括运费。
  4. 奖励积分只会于订单状态达到「完成（Completed）」后发放。
  5. 如订单其后被取消、退款、部分退款或标示为失败，相关奖励积分将被取消或扣回。
  1. 使用奖励积分
  1. 会员可于结帐时使用奖励积分作折扣抵扣。
  2. 目前系统设定之兑换比率为：100 奖励积分 = HK$1 折扣金额。
  3. 奖励积分折扣只适用于货品金额，不可用于抵扣运费，并一般于税项计算前套用（如适用）。
  1. 奖励积分有效期
  1. 所有奖励积分均设有有效期，将于发放日起计 60 日后到期。
  2. 到期之奖励积分将被自动清除，且不设补发、延期或补偿。
  3. 会员有责任自行留意其奖励积分之有效期。

（三）会员注册奖励积分

  1. 会员完成帐户注册后，并于完成首次购买后，可获得 250 奖励积分。
  2. 如会员未完成首次购买，注册奖励积分将不会发放。

（四）推荐注册及推荐购买奖励积分

  1. 成功推荐新会员注册并符合系统条件后，推荐人可获得 200 奖励积分。
  2. 新会员透过推荐连结注册，并于完成首次购买后，可获得 250 奖励积分。
  3. 推荐奖励可能受以下限制（包括但不限于）：
    • 帐户需存在指定天数后方可获得奖励；
    • 同一被推荐人只可计算一次推荐；
    • 系统将防止重复帐户、相同 IP 位址或不正常推荐行为。
  4. 如本公司合理怀疑任何滥用、欺诈或不正当行为，有权取消相关奖励积分而毋须补偿。

（五）每日登入奖励积分

  1. 会员每日成功登入帐户，可获得 20 奖励积分（每日最多一次）。
  2. 每日登入奖励以系统记录为准。

（六）帐户周年奖励积分

  1. 会员帐户每满一周年（每 12 个月），且帐户仍然有效，可获得 1,000 奖励积分。
  2. 帐户周年奖励将由系统自动发放。

三、退款、取消及奖励积分处理

  1. 如订单被取消、退款或部分退款：
    • 该订单所获得之奖励积分将被取消或扣回；
    • 已于该订单使用之奖励积分，将按系统规则退回会员帐户（如适用）。
  2. 所有处理结果以本公司系统记录为最终依据。

四、帐户删除及奖励积分失效

  1. 会员一经确认删除帐户，该帐户将被永久删除，属不可逆行为。
  2. 所有尚未使用之奖励积分、购物金及会员权益将即时失效。
  3. 本公司不提供任何形式的资料、积分或帐户回复服务。

五、滥用及违规行为

如本公司合理懷疑會員有以下行為，將有權取消獎勵積分及／或終止帳戶：

  1. 虛假或重複註冊；
  2. 推荐制度滥用；
  3. 欺诈、套利或系统操控；
  4. 违反本条款或香港法律。

六、修改及最终解释权

  1. 本公司保留随时修改、更新或终止奖励积分计划及本条款之权利。
  2. 所有奖励积分的发放、计算、扣除、到期及使用结果，均以本公司系统记录为最终依据。
  3. 如有任何争议，本公司保留最终解释及决定权。

Reward Points Terms & Conditions

These Reward Points Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Reward Points Programme operated by SKEL Innovation Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) on nmn-sst.com (the “Website”).

By registering an account, earning, using, or participating in the Reward Points Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Reward Points

  1. Reward Points are promotional and loyalty incentives provided by us to members and do not constitute legal tender, electronic money, stored value, or property rights.

  2. Reward Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, non-saleable, and may not be gifted or assigned to any third party.

  3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Reward Points Programme at any time without prior notice.

2. Earning Reward Points

2.1 First Purchase Reward Points

  1. Members who complete their first successful order with a product subtotal of HK$100 or above will receive 500 Reward Points (one-time only).

  2. Each member is eligible for the first purchase reward once only.

  3. Reward Points will be credited only when the order status is marked as “Completed”.

2.2 Purchase Reward Points (Earning, Redemption, and Expiry)

(a) Earning Reward Points

  1. Members earn Reward Points based on the product subtotal of eligible purchases.

  2. The current earning rate is: HK$1 spent = 1 Reward Point.

  3. Reward Points are calculated on the product amount only and exclude shipping fees.

  4. Reward Points will be credited only when the order status is “Completed”.

  5. If an order is cancelled, refunded (fully or partially), or marked as failed, the corresponding Reward Points will be revoked or deducted.

(b) Redeeming Reward Points

  1. Members may redeem Reward Points as a discount during checkout.

  2. The current redemption rate is: 100 Reward Points = HK$1 discount.

  3. Reward Points discounts:

    • Apply to product subtotal only;

    • Cannot be used to offset shipping fees;

    • Are generally applied before tax calculation, where applicable.

(c) Reward Points Expiry

  1. All Reward Points are subject to an expiry period.

  2. Reward Points will expire automatically 60 days from the date they are credited.

  3. Expired Reward Points will be forfeited automatically and will not be reinstated, extended, or compensated.

  4. Members are responsible for monitoring their Reward Points balance and expiry dates.

2.3 Registration Reward Points

  1. Members who complete account registration and subsequently complete their first purchase will receive 250 Reward Points.

  2. Registration Reward Points will not be issued if no purchase is completed.

2.4 Referral Reward Points

  1. Members who successfully refer a new user who meets the system requirements will receive 200 Reward Points.

  2. Referred new members who register via a referral link and complete their first purchase will receive 250 Reward Points.

  3. Referral rewards are subject to system rules and limitations, including but not limited to:

    • Minimum account age requirements;

    • One referral reward per referred user;

    • Prevention of duplicate accounts, shared IP addresses, or abnormal referral activity.

  4. We reserve the right to revoke Reward Points if abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity is detected.

2.5 Daily Login Reward Points

  1. Members who successfully log in to their account may receive 20 Reward Points per day, limited to once per day.

  2. Daily login rewards are recorded and determined by the system.

2.6 Account Anniversary Reward Points

  1. Members whose accounts remain active upon reaching each 12-month anniversary will receive 1,000 Reward Points.

  2. Anniversary Reward Points are issued automatically by the system.

3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Reward Points

  1. If an order is cancelled, refunded, or partially refunded:

    • Reward Points earned from that order will be revoked or deducted;

    • Reward Points used in that order may be returned to the member’s account, subject to system rules.

  2. All Reward Points adjustments are determined by system records, which shall be final.

4. Account Deletion and Forfeiture of Reward Points

  1. Once a member confirms account deletion, the account will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

  2. All unused Reward Points, store credits, and membership benefits will be immediately forfeited.

  3. We do not provide any recovery, reinstatement, or restoration of Reward Points or account data after deletion.

5. Abuse and Violations

We reserve the right to revoke Reward Points and/or terminate accounts if we reasonably determine that a member has engaged in:

  1. False or duplicate registrations;

  2. Abuse of referral or reward mechanisms;

  3. Fraudulent, manipulative, or exploitative behaviour;

  4. Any violation of these Terms or applicable Hong Kong laws.

6. Amendments and Final Authority

  1. We reserve the right to amend, update, suspend, or terminate the Reward Points Programme or these Terms at any time.

  2. All Reward Points issuance, calculation, deduction, expiry, and redemption are subject to our system records, which shall be conclusive.

  3. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final.
