退款及退貨政策
本退款及退貨政策適用於由 時生堂有限公司(SKEL Innovation Limited)(以下簡稱「本公司」、「我們」)經營之 nmn-sst.com 所作出的一切購買。
一、一般政策
基於保健補充品及消耗性產品的性質,所有訂單一經確認後,概不設無理由退貨或退款,除非本政策另有明確說明。
以下情況恕不接受退貨或退款:
改變主意或個人原因
顧客自行下錯訂單
口味、個人偏好或主觀感受
推廣或折扣產品(除非產品有缺陷)
二、不設退貨或退款之產品
基於健康、安全及衛生考量,以下產品 一概不接受退貨或退款:
已開封或已使用之產品
包裝或封條已損毀、被移除或經更改之產品
非原始狀態之產品
三、產品有缺陷、損壞或錯誤配送
在以下情況下,我們可酌情提供 更換產品或退款:
收到之產品存在品質缺陷
產品於運送過程中損壞
配送錯誤產品

必須於收貨後 7 日內 聯絡我們
須提供清晰照片或影片作為證明
產品必須保持未使用及原包裝狀態(內部缺陷除外)
所有申請均須經我們審核及確認。
四、退貨批准及退貨地址
所有退貨必須 事先獲得我們批准。
經批准後,請將產品寄回以下地址:

五、退貨運費安排
退貨運費一律由顧客自行承擔
原訂單之運費恕不退還
如獲批准退款,退貨運費可能會從退款金額中扣除
六、退款方式及處理時間
經批准之退款將按以下方式處理:
以信用卡或網上付款方式支付之訂單,退款將退回至原付款方式
退款處理時間一般為 7–14 個工作天,實際時間視乎付款服務供應商而定
我們不會就銀行或支付平台所造成之延誤承擔責任。
七、更換產品
在適用情況下,我們可提供更換產品作為替代方案。
更換產品的送達時間,將視乎顧客所在地區、物流安排及其他不可控因素而有所不同。
八、禮品退貨
如產品於購買時被標示為 禮品 並直接寄送予收禮人:
如符合退貨條件,收禮人可獲得 購物金或更換產品
不會向收禮人提供現金退款
如產品未被標示為禮品,或寄送至購買人地址,任何退款只會退還予原購買人。
九、獎賞積分及購物金
如訂單涉及獎賞積分:
已使用之獎賞積分,於退款後將 退回至會員帳戶
因該訂單所獲得之獎賞積分,將被 取消或扣回
獎賞積分 不可轉讓、不可兌換現金,亦不可作現金退款
十、優惠組合及贈品條款(例如「買五送一」)
如訂單包含任何促銷優惠、優惠組合或贈品(包括但不限於「買五送一」、「買 X 送 Y」或類似活動),將適用以下條款:
贈品不得單獨退換或退款
所有免費贈送之產品(「贈品」)均不可單獨退換、退款或兌換現金。必須符合優惠條件方可保留贈品
如顧客因任何原因(包括退款、退貨或取消部分訂單)導致未能符合原有優惠條件,我們有權:要求顧客退回贈品;或
從退款金額中扣除贈品之原價或相等價值
部分退款將影響整個優惠
任何涉及部分退款或部分退貨之申請,將視為影響整個優惠組合,優惠將被視為無效。贈品之產品狀態限制
如贈品已被開封、使用、損毀或未能退回,將視為顧客放棄退款權利或需承擔贈品之相應價值。優惠不可兌換現金或轉讓
所有優惠及贈品均不可兌換現金、轉讓或更換為其他產品。
十一、取消訂單政策
訂單一經處理或寄出後,不可取消。
如於處理前提出取消申請,是否接受將由我們全權酌情決定。
十二、退貨運送風險及責任
如退回之產品價值較高,我們強烈建議顧客:

Refund & Returns Policy
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on nmn-sst.com, operated by SKEL Innovation Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of health supplements and consumable products, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed, except as expressly stated in this policy.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient:

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser only.
9. Reward Points & Store Credits
If reward points were used or earned in an order:

Reward points earned from refunded or cancelled orders will be revoked

Reward points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be refunded as money

If an order includes any promotional offer, bundle deal, or free gift (including but not limited to “Buy X Get Y Free” or similar promotions), the following terms shall apply:

Free gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable
All free or complimentary items (“Free Gifts”) cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash on a standalone basis. -
Eligibility requirements must be maintained
If a refund, return, or partial cancellation causes the order to no longer meet the original promotion requirements, we reserve the right to:-
Request the return of the Free Gift; or

Deduct the original price or equivalent value of the Free Gift from the refund amount.

Partial refunds affect the entire promotion
Any request involving a partial refund or partial return shall be deemed to invalidate the promotional offer in its entirety. -
Condition of Free Gifts
If a Free Gift has been opened, used, damaged, or cannot be returned, the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited the right to a refund or shall be liable for the value of the Free Gift. -
Promotions are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
All promotions and Free Gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
Cancellation requests submitted before processing are subject to our discretion.
