退款及退貨政策
本退款及退货政策适用于由 时生堂有限公司(SKEL Innovation Limited)(以下简称「本公司」、「我们」)经营之 nmn-sst.com 所作出的一切购买。
一、一般政策
基于保健补充品及消耗性产品的性质,所有订单一经确认后,概不设无理由退货或退款,除非本政策另有明确说明。
以下情况恕不接受退货或退款:
改变主意或个人原因
顾客自行下错订单
口味、个人偏好或主观感受
推广或折扣产品(除非产品有缺陷)
二、不设退货或退款之产品
基于健康、安全及卫生考量,以下产品 一概不接受退货或退款:
已开封或已使用之产品
包装或封条已损毁、被移除或经更改之产品
非原始状态之产品
三、产品有缺陷、损坏或错误配送
在以下情况下,我们可酌情提供 更换产品或退款:
收到之产品存在品质缺陷
产品于运送过程中损坏
配送错误产品

须提供清晰照片或影片作为证明
产品必须保持未使用及原包装状态(内部缺陷除外)

四、退货批准及退货地址
所有退货必须 事先获得我们批准。

五、退货运费安排
退货运费一律由顾客自行承担
原订单之运费恕不退还
如获批准退款,退货运费可能会从退款金额中扣除
六、退款方式及处理时间
经批准之退款将按以下方式处理:
以信用卡或网上付款方式支付之订单,退款将退回至原付款方式
退款处理时间一般为 7–14 个工作天,实际时间视乎付款服务供应商而定
我们不会就银行或支付平台所造成之延误承担责任。
七、更换产品
在适用情况下,我们可提供更换产品作为替代方案。
更换产品的送达时间,将视乎顾客所在地区、物流安排及其他不可控因素而有所不同。
八、礼品退货
如产品于购买时被标示为 礼品 并直接寄送予收礼人:
如符合退货条件,收礼人可获得 购物金或更换产品
不会向收礼人提供现金退款
如产品未被标示为礼品,或寄送至购买人地址,任何退款只会退还予原购买人。
九、奖赏积分及购物金
如订单涉及奖赏积分:
已使用之奖赏积分,于退款后将 退回至会员帐户
因该订单所获得之奖赏积分,将被 取消或扣回
奖赏积分 不可转让、不可兑换现金,亦不可作现金退款
十、优惠组合及赠品条款(例如「买五送一」)
如订单包含任何促销优惠、优惠组合或赠品(包括但不限于「买五送一」、「买 X 送 Y」或类似活动),将适用以下条款:
赠品不得单独退换或退款
所有免费赠送之产品(「赠品」)均不可单独退换、退款或兑换现金。必须符合优惠条件方可保留赠品
如顾客因任何原因(包括退款、退货或取消部分订单)导致未能符合原有优惠条件,我们有权:要求顾客退回赠品;或
从退款金额中扣除赠品之原价或相等价值
部分退款将影响整个优惠
任何涉及部分退款或部分退货之申请,将视为影响整个优惠组合,优惠将被视为无效。赠品之产品状态限制
如赠品已被开封、使用、损毁或未能退回,将视为顾客放弃退款权利或需承担赠品之相应价值。优惠不可兑换现金或转让
所有优惠及赠品均不可兑换现金、转让或更换为其他产品。
十一、取消订单政策
订单一经处理或寄出后,不可取消。
如于处理前提出取消申请,是否接受将由我们全权酌情决定。

如退回之产品价值较高,我们强烈建议顾客:

Refund & Returns Policy
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on nmn-sst.com, operated by SKEL Innovation Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of health supplements and consumable products, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed, except as expressly stated in this policy.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

2. Non-Returnable Items

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient:

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser only.
9. Reward Points & Store Credits
If reward points were used or earned in an order:

Reward points earned from refunded or cancelled orders will be revoked

Reward points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be refunded as money

If an order includes any promotional offer, bundle deal, or free gift (including but not limited to “Buy X Get Y Free” or similar promotions), the following terms shall apply:

Free gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable
All free or complimentary items (“Free Gifts”) cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash on a standalone basis. -
Eligibility requirements must be maintained
If a refund, return, or partial cancellation causes the order to no longer meet the original promotion requirements, we reserve the right to:-

Partial refunds affect the entire promotion
Any request involving a partial refund or partial return shall be deemed to invalidate the promotional offer in its entirety. -
Condition of Free Gifts
If a Free Gift has been opened, used, damaged, or cannot be returned, the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited the right to a refund or shall be liable for the value of the Free Gift. -
Promotions are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
All promotions and Free Gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
Cancellation requests submitted before processing are subject to our discretion.
